The”Regional Cooperation for Entrepreneurial Excellence” project has as general objective the promotion of a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship and creating and strengthening new businesses in the North East Region through the implementation of support, guidance, consulting and innovative activities of professional training for entrepreneurs. Also, the project proposes itself interregional activities of promoting the entrepreneurial culture in other three Regions of Development from Romania.

The specific objectives of the project are:
1. Establishing Entrepreneurial Excellence Centres in all six counties of the North East Region
2. Providing training programmes obtaining managerial skills at the level of SME’s and small enterprises
3. Establishing the "Entrepreneurial and Professional Development Forums”
4. Encouraging the entrepreneurship through support services for starting a business.
5. Introducing at the workplace the modern and innovative programmes of  Champions Professional Training
